In a letter to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Lummi Nation Chairman
Tim Ballew says the tribe "has unconditional and unequivocal opposition"
to the Gateway Pacific Terminal coal export pier that SSA Marine hopes
to build at Cherry Point.
